Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
Size Exchanges:
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. Therefore, we offer exchanges for different sizes under the following conditions:
- We will only exchange for the same design or clothing item that was originally purchased and will not exchange for a different product or design.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received the,.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Size exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new size.
Process for Size Exchanges:
- To request a size exchange, email us at contact@ravegod.co with your order number, the size you received, and the new size you need.
- Once we approve your exchange, we will provide you with the return address.
- Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send out the new size.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@ravegod.co with a photo of the damage or defect. After approval, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the shipping costs for the return of damaged or defective items.
